KIA Dubstep Contest Euro 2012

Another Friday at work, another dull drive into town to grab something to eat…right? WRONG! When you work for a small production company, every trip to the drive-through is a filming opportunity…

Here’s our entry to Kia’s Dubstep Contest - filmed by mounting a GoPro camera on the outside of the windscreen. The competition is a great opportunity to win some cool prizes, and as you may have gathered from watching our team, impressive dance skills are not necessarily required.

The film is cut together from a couple of different takes, and the team got a lot of strange looks doing laps of the ring road near our office. Fortunately, despite the lyrics to Flux Pavilion’s track, the brakes on Alex’s car worked absolutely fine, and no major traffic accidents were caused in the making of this short film!

A lot of the entries for this competition that are already up on Youtube are seriously impressive, but driving AND dancing…admit it…we’ve got skills ;)
